We are a full service event design, decor and production company serving the hospitality and event industries, as well as individuals and corporations from all over the planet.

Our Leadership Team

  • Donna’s attention to detail, love of design, and ability to create great experiences for others led her to a career in events.

    Her experience in the event industry has been in both the corporate and hospitality worlds. She has managed multiple large scale events including Olympic hospitality programs, World Cup events, Final Four, Super Bowl, as well as corporate meetings and events all over the world. In 2006, she decided to join Pineapple Planet with her husband, Scott, and they never looked back.

    When they’re not planning or creating, you can find Donna and Scott in Oregon spending time with their two daughters and attending Oregon State sporting events. Go Beavs!

  • Scott graduated from San Francisco State University with a degree in film studies. In 2004 he started Pineapple Planet Productions and helped create award winning hospitality suites at the 2004 Summer Olympic Games and 2006 World Cup in Germany.

    He has always had a love for creating dynamic settings, which led him into graphic, lighting, and scenic production. Scott enjoys learning about the latest technology and incorporating this into client’s events.

    When Scott isn’t in Oregon with Donna and their daughters, you can find him walking their beloved shih tzu, Penny.

  • Mags, who hails from the Midwest, embarked on a fulfilling career fostering trusted relationships and delivering top-notch event planning services to clients within the financial services sector. Throughout her journey, which took her from Chicago to Boston, New York, and San Francisco, one remarkable trait has consistently set her apart: her unwavering integrity.

    Her commitment to authenticity is the cornerstone of her success. Mags takes immense pride in ensuring that her clients not only receive exceptional experiences but also benefit from her positive influence, and who knows, perhaps even share a hearty laugh along the way.

  • A Sonoma County native, Annais attended Montana State majoring in Sociology.

    Her love for event planning began in 2013 when she hired Pineapple Planet to design and plan her wedding. Since then, she has coordinated many successful weddings and events, and every wedding is her favorite. Her attention to detail and timeline management makes her one of the best in the business.

    Annais and her husband have 3 children, 2 dogs, and 1 farm filled with chickens and pigs.

  • Shamus works closely with the Production Team on all of our custom builds and event lighting. He is proactive, creative and always ready to jump into any project.

  • Meet our Director of Marketing, Sam, who navigates our online presence and brings our brand to life. Based in Portland, Oregon, Sam calls the Pacific Northwest home with her husband, daughter and golden retriever.
